Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Miappets. We want you and your feline friends to be delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-off Period)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. Once you have notified us of your cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return the items to us.

2. Returns Criteria

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

• Condition: The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

• Hygiene & Safety: For health and hygiene reasons, certain pet products (such as bedding or grooming tools) cannot be returned once opened or used, unless they are faulty.

• Proof of Purchase: You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

• You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies (usually 5-10 working days).

4. Faulty or Damaged Items

If the product is faulty or not as described, you are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You have a right to a full refund if the fault is reported within 30 days of delivery.

5. Shipping Costs

• Change of Mind: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Faulty Goods: If the item is faulty, Miappets will cover the cost of the return postage.
