Shipping policy
At Miappets, we strive to deliver your feline essentials as quickly and safely as possible. Below you will find everything you need to know about our delivery process.
1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to all addresses within the United Kingdom, including the Highlands and Islands, Scilly Isles, and the Isle of Man.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
We offer various shipping methods to suit your needs. All costs are calculated at checkout.

*Orders must be placed before 1:00 PM Monday-Friday to qualify for Next Day Delivery.
3. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 working days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays (Bank Holidays). During high-volume periods, such as sales or Christmas, please allow a few extra days for dispatch.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Miappets is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
(Note: This is more relevant if you ship from outside the UK to UK customers or vice versa).
6. Damages
If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim or reach out to our support team at help@miappets.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
7. Missing or Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you can't find it, please check with neighbours or around your property before contacting us.
